Terms & conditions of sale
All goods remain the property of Drivecare Limited until payment has been received in full and are cleared.
All products and services are subject to availability and we reserve the right to change any price without prior notice.
All electrical items (i.e. control units, Cd players, etc.) are non refundable, please check that the item you are ordering is the part you need. Refunds will only be considered if the part is faulty, not if you have ordered incorrectly.
All claims for damaged goods must be submitted within 5 working days of receipt.
Post and packing is non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return and carriage costs.
All engines purchased must be fitted with a new Timing Cam belt or Timing Chain and tensioner. Please ensure Engines & Gearboxes are filled with correct oils to the correct levels and that all new filters are fitted including automatic gearbox filter and that all oil coolers are flushed. Failure to follow these operations will void your warranty.
All parts come with a 28 day warranty and only covers the part that is shown on the invoice. The warranty does not cover any labour costs (fitting or removal), gaskets, oils etc. . If a mechanical part is proven and confirmed defective we will replace or refund at our discretion. In the event of a mechanical part being defective, and a replacement is not available, a refund will be given.
If a refund is agreed for parts correctly supplied and returned, it will be subject to a 20% handling charge plus carriage. (Outside the cooling off period as dictated by the distance selling regulations) All items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition to which they were despatched and fit for retail
All our parts are marked. Removal of these marks will void your warranty.
